Movie Trailer Mash-up

Alright for this assignment we are supposed to choose a movie trailer and drastically change the mood and theme of the movie. I chose to change lethal weapon 4 into a gay romance between the two main characters Martin and Roger. In the beginning of the trailer I chose to show their strong manly side then I would change the mood slowly into a romance between the two. I chose the clips from the movie and trailer of the two looking at the two and chose the music accordingly, using love music for those scenes.

Hey guys its been a while since i posted here so this is a small Infographic i made about internet band-with usage in the United States. The pie chart in the middle is representing different companies/networks and their band-with usage in the United States in 2014. The top of the graph is showing the amount, out of ten of internet users that are men/women and their age groups. the centre of the graph is in the United States which is where the data was taken from.

So I chose to focus on tension. I chose to take tension as racial tension because the events in ferguson missouri how Michael Brown was shot 6 times while unarmed and on the ground so he was shot excecution style. I wanted to show how police officers are just killing black people like they dont mean anything because there has been alot of news lately about police officers just killing innocent or unarmed black people and it seems like its fun to them. how some are being treated like they are worthless or simply being shot when they pose no harm to the officer. so what i did was get my friends to pose like one is about to shoot another and i tried to photoshop them onto a calm sidewalk to show how its all calm then the police come and ruin the calm by starting riots with their actions.I think that I didnt do very well when editing them it doesnt look very realistic which I wanted but I think it shows my message pretty well.

logo analysis

So today in class we were on the hunt for interesting logos and the original PlayStation logo really caught my eye. When making a logo there are five simple rules to follow to keep it simple, memorable, timeless, versatile and appropriate. in this logo it is very simple no crazy images morphed into the PS just a letter P and S that stand for PlayStation. Next is how it is memorable, I think it is memorable because its only two letters and the simplicity adds to the memorability of it. Throughout the time of PlayStation being a company it hasn't really changed its main logo the PS only the color has changes from the original four color logo to the white logo that it is today. Also this logo is very versatile because it was made in vector format which makes it re sizable which helps with marketing. And finally the logo is very appropriate because it is creative how they made the letters P and S create something entirely different which is very interesting. In this logo the use of color is very strong in how they made the logo visually appealing. So in this logo there was a great use of color because it is really visually appealing by the four colors and not one plain color. also how there is a great play with shape how they used the two letters P and S to create something looking completely different from what they originally were.



next is the code fish logo which really caught my eye because it was really creative its pretty obvious that they created a fish out of things they use in code which is really cool and creative. What makes this logo really cool is the simplicity because its just a fish nothing special a fish made from code. Next is how simply memorable it is, because again the simplicity is adding to memorability and makes it a better logo overall. Also this is a great logo because it will always show that they are a coding company with this witty logo. This logo was also very versatile because of the use of vector format to help with resizing. and finally this is a great logo because of the appropriateness of the fish made by coding tools. Also this is a great logo because of the use of color, the background isant too flashy its a calm color greeting people to the logo.
